Tell us how the room will be used
A board discussion, a classroom session and a practical workshop ask different things of a venue. Explain the activities as well as the number of people attending, and tell us about any equipment, materials or confidential conversations the space needs to accommodate.
If the programme includes several groups working at once, include the number and size of breakout rooms. Setup time and access to the space before delegates arrive can also affect the search.
A useful meeting-room brief
- Group size, purpose and preferred dates.
- Boardroom, classroom, cabaret or another seating arrangement.
- Screens, sound, connectivity and space for practical exercises.
- Breakout rooms, refreshments, lunch and dietary requirements.
- Delegate travel needs and accessibility priorities.
- A clear budget and whether accommodation is required.
Support from the first conversation
You do not need every detail settled before contacting us. We will discuss your requirements, research suitable venues and present options for your review. Venues pay us a commission, so there is no venue-search fee to you.
We welcome enquiries for all group sizes. Suitability, availability and rates are checked with venues during the search.
